  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

 


It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.


If a package is returned due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/unit number

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Unclaimed at customs

 


→ We can reship the package once the customer pays for the reshipping fee.


We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect address information.

 


 

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 


If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, or if you believe your order is lost:


Please contact us at support@aurvelia.com so we can investigate with the carrier.


We will:

 

  • Contact the shipping partner

  • Track the parcel

  • Replace or refund the order where appropriate

 


Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days from the shipping date.

 


 

 

8. Damaged Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damage

 


We will replace the item where applicable.
