1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription with Aurvelia, you agree to receive repeat deliveries according to the subscription frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each renewal unless cancelled in advance.

1.1 Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time, provided the upcoming order has not yet been processed. Subscription orders are considered processed 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date. Any changes must be made before this processing window.

1.2 Cancellation Timing

A subscription cancellation stops future renewals.

Renewals not yet processed (more than 48 hours before renewal date) → Can be freely cancelled at any time.

Renewals already processed or shipped (within 48 hours of renewal date or later) → Cannot be cancelled, but may be handled under our Subscription Return Conditions (see Returns & Refund Policy).

1.3 First Subscription Delivery — 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Your first subscription delivery may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unopened. This follows standard consumer withdrawal rights.

1.4 Recurring Subscription Deliveries

Because subscribers usually already know the product and its effects, recurring shipments are non-refundable once processed.

If you believe a subscription renewal was processed in error, please contact us immediately. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and in favor of customer satisfaction.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is either out of stock or not yet released. We may collect payment in full or in part at checkout, depending on the product.

2.1 Cancelling a Pre-Order

Pre-order not yet fulfilled → You may cancel at any time for a full refund of the amount paid.

Pre-order already fulfilled/shipped → The order can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Returns & Refund Policy (depending on condition and product type).

2.2 Payment Capture

Your stored payment method may be charged:

• When inventory arrives • Or when the product is ready to ship

You will be notified via email prior to fulfillment where applicable.

3. Try Before You Buy

Some items may be offered under a try-before-you-buy program. This allows you to receive the item before being charged, giving you time to decide if you want to keep it.

3.1 How It Works

• Your payment method will be authorized but not charged when the order is placed. • You will have a defined try-period (communicated at checkout) to test the product. • If you decide to keep it, your payment method will be charged automatically after the try-period ends.

3.2 Returning Try-Before-You-Buy Items

During the try-period → You may return the item according to the conditions specified in our Returns & Refund Policy.

After the try-period ends → If the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.

Try-before-you-buy returns must follow all hygiene, safety, and product-specific conditions listed in our Returns & Refund Policy.
